| Description | ? Unload, move, palletize, and stock cartons with speed and accuracy ? Properly handle environmentally sensitive items when spills occur ? Ensure food is received correctly, temperature checks are completed and product is pushed and backstocked in a timely manner ? Accurately sort cartons to appropriate custom block pallets, ensuring to construct stable pallets while maximizing the number of cartons per pallet ? When palletizing on the unload line, assist other team members when assigned section is not receiving cartons ? Keep the receiving area and backroom clean; keep aisles cleaned and clutter-free ? Support the shortage culture; understand how operational procedures affect shortages; avoid shortcuts and notify supervisors of any concerns ? Model and drive proactive guest service including “Can I help you find something?†? Handle all product as necessary to ensure guest service needs are met |

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Experience ? High school graduate or equivalent ? Demonstrate basic math skills ? Work independently ? Demonstrate good planning, organizational and numerical skills ? Able to read labels, instructions, and reports. ? Has cheerful and helpful attitude towards guests – demonstrates Fast, Fun and Friendly attitude Physical Ability ? Able to move merchandise with appropriate equipment (e.g., tubs, carts, flats) to and from backroom and sales floor ? Able to climb and descend ladders carrying merchandise ? Able to lift 40 lbs ? Able to place and arrange items on all shelves and/or racks on sales floor Availability ? Able to work a flexible work schedule (e.g. nights, weekends, and holidays) ? Able to cross-train and work in others areas of the store |
