| Description | The Community Living Specialist assists the team in building and implementing a total program responsive to the interests and needs of the person served. The Community Living Specialist works as a member of the team to carry out each aspect of a comprehensive service plan. The Community Living Specialists are at all times responsible for insuring the safety and health of residents through supervision of residents and provision of quality personal care and home management that increases the individual’s independence and participation in the community. |
