| Description | The Paint Stores Group (PSG) Management Training Program is designed to provide you with all the skills necessary for a successful career in management and/or outside professional sales. The Program includes self-study modules, structured on-the-job training, classroom instruction at our regional training facilities, as well as ongoing education throughout your career. Training topics include: paint and associated products, customer service, professional sales and marketing, credit and accounts receivable management, human resources management, profit and loss and merchandising management. With over 95% of placement into managerial and professional positions coming from within the company, the Management Training Program is a great way to start your journey! PHASE 1: Approximately six weeks in a training store. This phase prepares you to sell our products and service our customers. This experience is concurrent with our Store Training and Reference Tool System (click S.T.A.R.T.), a workbook and series of CDâs that teach you the basics of our business. PHASE 2: One week of classroom training on our Philadelphia, PA âcampus.â PHASE 3: Approximately 12 to 20 months in the Assistant Manager position, followed by advancement to a Store Manager or Outside Sales Representative position. |

? Must have a Bachelorâs Degree from an accredited college (business majors preferred). You may apply if you will obtain your degree within the next 6 months. ? Must submit to a background screening which may include driving, credit and criminal history. ?
