| Description | PerformLine is looking for a motivated intern to join our Quality Assurance Team. This is challenging role where you will have the opportunity to work in the dynamic field of internet marketing and compliance. We are looking for people who are detail oriented and enjoy problem solving to help us achieve our goals. PerformLine trains its interns to become familiar with our Industry, as well as the Products and Services we provide. Responsibilities will include: Work with our Quality Assurance Team to review reports for data integrity and completeness. Use our proprietary web crawler as a research tool for creating brand violation reports. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our software tools to enable testing of bug fixes and software enhancements. Find, trace, and thoroughly identify defects in software Use tracking system to document defects and work with development team find resolutions and verify corrective actions. |

Requirements: Must be methodical & process oriented Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Strong documentation and technical writing abilities Enjoys working in a team environment and is able to communicate effectively Must have intermediate excel skills; Proficient with MS Office (xls, pivot tables, doc, mail merge) |
